We started providing Handyman Services across Hertfordshire and West London and after years of working hard and building a strong reputation amongst happy clients, Urban Home Refurbishments was founded and developed into a Design & Build Service. Today we specialise in complete Home Refurbishments / Renovation.

We co-ordinate all aspects of the project, including the design, planning permission, party wall notices and the building works. We ensure all relevant certificates are obtained and, upon completion, we provide you with a guarantee for the work.
Transparency
We believe that the key ingredient to a strong working relationship is transparency and honesty. That is why we produce a full schedule of works that breaks down the project into simple weekly targets that corresponds to payments and makes it clear and easy to manage throughout the project, causing less confusion.
Communication
It is essential to the success of all our projects that we have a clear line of communication with all our clients. A Project-Co-ordinator will be assigned to your project when the first draft plans are produced and will work with you right through to completion of the building works. They will be your main point of contact throughout the project.
Supervision
We have worked hard to build a strong work force that represents Urban Home Refurbishments in the best possible light. Our Project Management Team are effective, organised and approachable, whilst our site foreman are experienced and reliable. In order to attract and retain the very best workmen we support and give them the training and tools they need.
